Ajiith Fernanado

Ajith will be looking at issues relating to Purity and Power whilst John will focus on the topics of Passion and Purpose in the life of men who hunger for a faith that is on fire.

Ajith Fernando is National Director of Youth for Christ (YFC) in Sri Lanka and visiting lecturer in Biblical Studies and Mission at Colombo Theological Seminary. He has written a number of books, including “Jesus Driven Ministry”, and has an international preaching ministry, including at the Keswick Convention in the UK, principally speaking on the application of Biblical truth.

Ajith is married to Nelun and they have two grown-up children. In his spare time he enjoys reading, writing, music and cricket.

John MacKinnon

John has been the minister and pastor of Calderwood Baptist Church, East Kilbride, for 4 years. He is a graduate of the Bible Training Institute in Glasgow and for many years was an itinerant evangelist and Bible teacher working with Scripture Union Scotland, the Evangelical Alliance, amongst others. He has served on the boards of Mission Aviation Fellowship, UCCF and is currently a director of the Haldane Trust.

He is married to Linda and they have three children and one dog.

David Ross

David leads worship at Newhope Church in Peterhead and is involved as a worship leader with New Wine Scotland, and the Clan Gathering Conference. He has led worship at events and services throughout the UK and internationally.

David is married to Claire and has two boys, Joel and Austin. An enthusiastic musician, in his spare time he enjoys playing bass guitar in a ceilidh band.
